What is the dress code?
Dress Code: Oceanfront Resort Formal
Join us for an elegant evening of celebration at our oceanfront resort, where sophistication meets coastal serenity. While we won’t be on the sand, the sea will be our backdrop—so dress to impress in refined, breathable luxury.
For Gentlemen:
Tuxedos (preferred) or dark tailored suits in lightweight wool or tropical wool blends.
Crisp dress shirts (white or soft tones) with ties or bow ties—jackets required for the ceremony and cocktail hour.
Elevated resort twist: Opt for a luxe silk or linen guayabera shirt under your suit for a stylish, weather-appropriate touch.
Footwear: Leather dress shoes (oxfords, loafers) or polished leather sandals—no flip-flops or sneakers.
For Ladies:
Floor-length gowns, chic evening dresses, or sophisticated jumpsuits in flowing chiffon, silk, or lace.
Jewel tones, metallics, or muted pastels complement the oceanfront setting beautifully.
Cover-ups: A lightweight shawl or pashmina for breezy moments.
Footwear: Elegant heels, dressy wedges, or embellished flats—avoid stilettos if concerned about resort pathways.
The Vibe:
Imagine a glamorous gala by the sea—think timeless black-tie elegance with a whisper of coastal ease. This is a night to shine under the stars, so embrace luxurious fabrics and polished details.
What to Avoid:
Too casual: No shorts, jeans, sundresses, or flip-flops.
Overly heavy fabrics: Skip velvet or brocade—opt for breathable materials. Beachwear: While we’re oceanfront, this is not a barefoot affair!
Note: Cabo evenings are warm but breezy—light layers will keep you comfortable as you dance the night away!"
